i strongly recommend this japanese drama. it's based on a true story of a girl who had the Spinocerebellar Degeneration disease, which means the part of her brain that controls her movement and ability to speak is dying by the day, and there is no cure for such a disease.
it's 10episodes and towards the end of the show i was moved to tears at almost every episode. it's truly inspirational indeed. how the girl can be so strong despite her disease, which she eventually succumbed to.
and it made me feel, maybe the setbacks that happen in our lives everyday are so trivial, but people tend to blow things up and make it seem like it's such a big issue when it's actually not compared to what others are facing.
and maybe the pace of life is so fast we have no time to slow down our footsteps to admire the things around us, even if it's along the same road we take everyday. and to spend quality time with the people around us. you'll realise certain things which you may not have noticed in the past, or which you have always taken for granted.
